Q1. Which size should I choose?
Ans: You may want to refer to the size guide for a more detailed measurement. However, please take note that there may be some slight difference in size due to the design as different cutting might have 1 or 2 inches different. Do drop us an email at ask@theboldsashay.com if you are still not very sure about the size. We will try our best to assist you.
Q2. What are the postage charges/ rates?
Ans: We provide free delivery by registered mail for local (Singapore) customers regardless of the number of pieces and amount. Overseas customers can drop us an email to enquire about the charges/ rates.

Q3. What payment method is available?
Ans: We have only PayPal at this current moment. However, for local (Singapore) customers, if you do not have any PayPal account and wish to make payment by
other methods, feel free to email at ask@theboldsashay.com to enquire for
alternative methods.
Q4. What happened if the product that I had paid is not available?
Ans: We will always advise our customers the availability of the stock whenever they place their order. If the stock is available, we will inform customers to make payment. As the availability of the stock for each design is limited, we advise customers to place their order as soon as possible before it’s sold out. Once the stock has been sold out, we may or may not manufacture it again.
Q5. What is your refund policy?
Ans: We only allow refund if we deliver the wrong product(s) to you; like wrong sizes, colors or styles from what you have ordered.

Q4. What happened if the product that I had paid is not available?

As the availability of the stock for each design is limited, we advise customers to place their order as soon as possible before it’s sold out. Once the stock has been sold out, we may or may not manufacture it again.
Q5. What is your refund policy?
Ans: We only allow refund if we deliver the wrong product(s) to you; like wrong sizes, colors or styles from what you have ordered.
Q6. What about your return policy?
Ans: We only allow customers to return the products based on the following conditions:
1. Based on case to case basis.
2. The product(s) must be returned within 5 working days upon receiving.
3. Products have to be returned in the original packaging and have not
been worn or washed before.
4. Product(s) are in good condition.
5. The Bold Sashay is not responsible for any postage charges/ rates
for any return product(s).
Q7. What if there is a difference in colors of the products?
Ans: “The Bold Sashay” will not be liable for the difference in colors of the products. As the colors you see will depend on the resolution of your computer, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Ans: Please send your enquiries to ask@theboldsashay.com. We will get back to you within 3 working days.

Important: The fit of your clothes depends on the cut, fabric and styling of the garment. Garments may vary in sizes dependent on the amount of ease allowed over the body which will vary according to fabric.Follow the tips for measuring below and then use the detailed guides to the size of our clothes so you know which size you should buy.

Tips for measuring
Note: Do not measure over your clothes. Take your actual body measurements instead as they are more accurate.
(a) Bust: Measure across your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of the bust.
(b) Waist: Keep the measuring tape taut and measure around your natural waistline.
(c) Hips: Stand with your feet together. Find the fullest part of your bottom at the top of your leg, about 200m(8”) your natural waistline
